1. Eligibility and Acceptance

By accessing or using any service on this Site, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

2.1 Description

DynaMaxli offers tailored digital mapping and efficiency solutions for organizational processes.

2.2 Scheduling and Cancellation

Once payment is completed, we will schedule your session within 5 business days. You may reschedule at no extra charge if you notify us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellations notified less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund due to preparation efforts.

3. Info Products

3.1 Delivery

Digital guides and tutorials are delivered via secure download link immediately after payment processing is complete.

3.2 Refund Eligibility

Given instant delivery, refund requests are granted only for technical issues that cannot be corrected within seven days of purchase. Requests must include proof of attempts to access content. After resolution, content access will remain. No further refunds will be issued.

4. Goods

4.1 Shipping

Physical merchandise orders are processed and dispatched from Ottawa, Ontario. Delivery times vary by location.

4.2 Refund and Replacement

If an item arrives damaged, notify us within 14 days of delivery and mail it back in its original packaging. We will issue a refund for the item value or send a replacement at no extra charge. Shipping fees may not be refundable.

5. Refund Policy

All refund requests must be submitted via Contact Us with order or service details. Payments will be refunded to the original method within 14 days of approval. Alternatively, a credit may be applied toward another service or product at your choice.

6. Modifications

DynaMaxli may modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on the Site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
